Below are some of the areas we are optimising data to improve efficiency in public services:

1. We delivered a data management function that is leading transformative technological changes in the Pensions Regulatory Body ensuring the quality and robustness of the UK's Public Pensions dashboard.

 2. Our consultants provide essential data management and analytics services to a UK government agency, ensuring the harmonisation of government's property data. Our analytics work with this agency is already producing accurate and timely reporting on all Government owned Properties and assets.  

We have worked with a number of prestigious UK banks to define data strategy that helps them understand and use customer data points to increase market position. We recently implemented a data management solution which aided our client's risk aggregation and financial reporting earning them trusted status with regulatory authorities.

We established a data management capability for a major energy and power distribution company which improved their knowledge of customers energy and water usage. This helped to improve billing and service provision.  We supported their data analytics function to design data analyses models and roll out real-time dashboards with accurate information on water and energy supply levels for thousands of customers across UK and Ireland.

We helped our client in the travel industry to implement a data strategy, data management, data quality and data analytics capabilities that enables prediction of travelling patterns, understanding of passenger preferences and ensuring protection of customer data
